Welcome to Pinpasta by HEHE.studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HEHE.studio's Website, Chrome Extension, and Figma Plugin named Pinpasta.

1. General

By accessing this website and using our Chrome Extension and Figma Plugin, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Pinpasta if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. License

HEHE.studio provides two versions of its tool, Pinpasta:

  • Free Version: Allows users to import a limited number of images at a time. The specific limit is subject to change and will always be displayed within the plugin interface.
  • Paid Version: Offers unlimited image imports.

The Chrome Extension, Pinpasta, is a companion app that lets you extract image URLs in the form of an array, which can be pasted into Figma. The Figma Plugin uses this array of URLs to render images in Figma or FigJam boards.

3. Intellectual Property

The tools are provided "as is." Users are not permitted to modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the software or its source code.

4. User Accounts and Privacy

  • Free Users: No account or personal information is required to use the free versions of our tools.
  • Paid Users: Required to provide an email address associated with their license key. Payment processing is handled securely through Lemon Squeezy. HEHE.studio does not store any payment information, only the user's email address.

5. Payment

Payments are accepted via credit cards through Lemon Squeezy. All billing and subscription details are managed through Lemon Squeezy. Please note that all purchases are final and no refunds are provided.

6. Usage Restrictions

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the products does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms will be handled through an online dispute resolution process. We strive to resolve any complaints internally and encourage users to contact us directly if they have any concerns.

8. Changes to Terms

HEHE.studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes through our Chrome Extension and Figma Plugin interface. Continued use of the tools after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

HEHE.studio is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the tools, including but not limited to errors, bugs, or downtime. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
